For example, ChatGPT, a program whose main goal is to assist in various tasks such as writing emails, essays and coding programs, and creating benefits and conveniences for many users, has been used by some users to commit crimes ranging from cheating on exams to serious crimes. Because of ChatGPT's ability to draft realistic text, it is a useful tool for crimes, including email phishing. In addition, ChatGPT's ability to create language patterns allows it to professionally disguise the speech patterns of specific individuals or groups, and can create propaganda and disinformation. There are many case studies. In an article by Olivia Powell on the Cyber ​​Security Hub website in 2023, it was stated that ChatGPT has been used by cybercriminals as a tool to create illegal malware and sell it as a service. If there is a cyber attack, users in Thailand will be affected as well. But the main problem caused by AI technology and is trending in Thailand is probably the call center gangs, telephone fraudsters, which the Thai Parliament Library has provided information about as a type of international economic crime in the digital age. Fraudsters use impersonation of agencies to make victims worry or misunderstand that they have received certain benefits, such as deceiving and impersonating government officials to request personal data to be used for theft, etc. The Thai Parliament Library provided additional information that many victims have filed complaints with the Technology Crime Suppression Division. More than 1,600 people, the call center gang problem is related to AI technology in recording the voices of familiar people or officers to forge words to deceive victims using the Cleanvoice.ai program on the Internet, which makes it impossible for the police to track down the source of the voice and deceive smoothly.
